About the role:
As a Control Systems Engineering intern, you will report to the Control & Information System Engineering Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

About the role:
As a Control Systems Engineering intern, you will report to the Control & Information System Engineering Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret functional requirements for Instrumentation & Controls Plant Systems
- Design, document and test l&C Plant Systems used for Nuclear Power Generation Stations applications
- Develop l&C design specifications to meet functional requirements
- Implement l&C hardware and software designs to meet design specifications
- Develop design documents, test plans and procedures to demonstrate that designs meet design specifications and requirements
- Create and issue Field Change Notices to site to support hardware and software modifications
- Resolve technical issues that arise during system design, implementation and site commissioning/startup
- Support manufacturing operations to facilitate procurement, manufacturing process, testing and integration of l&C Plant Systems during Software In-Loop and Factory Acceptance Testing
- Support field operations during site commissioning and startup activities
- Provide cost and schedule estimates to support subject matter experts
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or nuclear engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- No relocation assistance provided
