Job Description:
Join our team as a Platform Lead where you will design and manage distributed systems using a functional programming language.
This remote, full-time role involves overseeing microservices, supporting AI capabilities, and ensuring system resilience.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in functional programming environments and a strong background in building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and operate services that coordinate work across products.
Define patterns for microservices and establish deployment practices.
Mentor engineers and grow internal expertise through teaching and code reviews.
Collaborate with teams to influence direction and shape platform operations.
Stay engaged with the codebase while leading technical initiatives.

Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
3-5 years of experience with a functional programming language in production environments.
Experience with building APIs and services in a production setting.
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
Experience with cloud platforms and deployment automation.
