Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SCM Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support a remote engagement with Nestlé. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions, with a focus on transportation planning, logistics execution, freight management, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of SAP SCM experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA TM
- Strong knowledge of Transportation Planning & Optimization
- Manual & automated planning
- Container management
- Load optimization
- Route planning
- Experience with Transportation Execution & Shipment Tracking
- End-to-end shipment lifecycle

Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP TM solutions.
- Configure transportation planning, optimization, execution, and freight management processes.
- Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA and related logistics modules.
- Optimize transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
