Job Details

A well-established and growing tax practice is looking for Senior Tax Managers with 7+ years of experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals in public accounting. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a highly sophisticated client base and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

The practice serves a wide range of complex individual clients, with a strong concentration in pre-IPO and public company executives, as well as clients involved in trade and investment partnerships across multiple industries. Experience with estate planning implementation through trusts is a plus for those working with the firm's larger individual clients.
What You'll Be Doing

Reviewing complex returns and managing compliance, planning, projection, and advisory projects
Anticipating and identifying client tax issues and delivering strategic, consultative solutions
Corresponding directly with clients and managing overall project delivery
Mentoring and developing junior team members - knowledge transfer is highly valued here
Partnering with Directors and Partners on business development and strategic planning
Identifying process improvements to drive quality and efficiency

What They're Looking For

7+ years of public accounting experience focused on complex ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Active California CPA license required
Bachelor's or master's degree with an emphasis in accounting or taxation
Proven experience training and mentoring staff
Someone who genuinely enjoys developing others and takes pride in the quality of their work

Location: San Francisco or San Jose, hybrid with 3 days onsite per week- open to remote for candidates within California
