Lead Voice/Data Technician

Major client (contracting company) is looking to hire a Lead Voice/Data Technician to join their team. The Lead will be responsible for the following:
1.) Advanced Voice/Data installation and termination expertise - able to pull Cat5/6 (and fiber) across infrastructure (Floors, risers, IDF, MDF) and perform clean, accurate terminations at locations and IDF/MDF.
2.) The ability to test and certify all voice and data terminations using a Fluke meter or equivalent cable-testing equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance.
3.) An ability to demonstrate past experience Leading a Voice/Data Team, (scope of project, floors, devices, duration, timelines, headcount, cost) exemplifying Team leadership and job-site coordination - capable of reading blueprints (understanding autocad or procore) and scopes of work, assigning manpower, directing a crew, and ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
4.) High-quality workmanship and professionalism - maintaining a neat, organized work, follows direction, communicates clearly, and consistently shows up prepared to lead by example.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
