Key Skills: SLT/ATE experience/C#/

• Develop and maintain automated test applications using C# and .NET.
• Design and support COM/ActiveX components and Windows-based software interfaces.
• Develop/debug Windows device drivers (KMDF/UMDF/WDM).
• Integrate and control test handlers, instruments, and ATE systems.
• Implement hardware communication interfaces such as USB, Serial, PCIe, TCP/IP, SPI, and I2C.
• Perform test automation, debugging, failure analysis, and performance optimization.

5 to 12 years of experience

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET, Windows application development, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in COM/ActiveX development, COM Interop, and Windows-based software architectures.
• Hands-on experience in Windows Driver Development (KMDF, UMDF, WDM).
• Proficient in hardware communication protocols including USB, Serial, PCIe, TCP/IP, SPI, and I2C.
• Experience in Batch Script development and implementation for test automation, deployment, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE), handler integration, and instrumentation control.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred
• Semiconductor validation, SLT/ATE experience.
• Python scripting and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
