Looking for 14+ years of experience in Business Data Analysis preferably 5+ years in insurance domain.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry specifically insurance companies and brokers
Experience reviewing configuring mapping and validating data across multiple source systems
Ability to follow detailed multistep processes with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review validation and analysis
Solid understanding of general application administration and related business processes
Secondary Skills
5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
Experience supporting enterprise systems data migrations or AMS platforms
Familiarity with data quality checks reconciliation and validation practices
Exposure to working across regional or enterprise level teams
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers users and leadership
Clear and effective communicator across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Dependable process oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
