-
Establish consistent definitions, data relationships, and metric frameworks across multiple departments and functional areas.
-
Identify and resolve conflicting or duplicative data definitions that affect reporting accuracy and usability.

Partner with business stakeholders, data engineering, architecture, analytics, and product teams to align enterprise data structures.
-
Develop semantic frameworks that make organizational data easier to understand, access, and use.

-
Experience collaborating across business, analytics, engineering, architecture, and technology teams.
-
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
-
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and data concepts to nontechnical audiences.
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Experience supporting the adoption of shared data models, metric frameworks, or enterprise reporting standards.
-
Ability to balance strategic data design with hands-on operational execution.
Preferred Experience

Enterprise data standardization or modeling initiatives.
-
Data visualization and analytics user-experience best practices.
-
Self-service analytics implementation and adoption.
-
Product-based, Agile, or matrixed work environments.
-

-
Data environments supporting fundraising, revenue operations, constituent engagement, or similar business functions.
