  • Maintain one coherent storyline across governance, leader and broader portfolio communications.

Audience, Channel and Forum Strategy
  • Define audience segments, communication objectives, message hierarchy, sequencing and calls to action.
  • Evaluate leadership, governance, practitioner, manager, employee, written and digital channels against audience, purpose, timing and sensitivity.

  • Equip leaders to explain priority, sequencing, stopping and simplification decisions clearly and candidly.
  • Advise sponsors on message choices, communication risks and areas of likely confusion.
  • Lead development of executive materials for enterprise planning and portfolio topics, drawing on the relevant subject-matter owner for content and evidence.

Readiness and Adoption Communications
  • Use change experience to anticipate stakeholder impact, ambiguity and resistance.
  • Design communications that move audiences from awareness to understanding and action.
  • Partner with Organizational Change Capability and HR for HR on their respective accountabilities.

Measurement and Digital Fluency
  • Define and track measures of clarity, usefulness, leader readiness, reach and intended action.
  • Use feedback and certified evidence from People Intelligence to improve messages, channels and timing.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve audience insight, synthesis, quality and personalization.

Measures of Success
  • A clear, consistent narrative across LRP, ABP and the strategic P&C portfolio.
  • Executive and leader materials that make choices, rationale and required action easy to understand.
  • Communication delivered through the right forums and channels, with less duplication and fewer unnecessary meetings.
  • Evidence that priority audiences understand the plan and know what action is required.
  • Strong coordination with CPO office, planning, HR for HR and communications partners, with ownership boundaries maintained.

Candidate Profile
