Senior Technical Project Manager (SET Lead) – Interiors

Role Summary

Lead scheduling and execution of interior trim development projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within budget, and aligned with vehicle launch targets.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive domain

• Proven experience managing interior trim systems and related manufacturing processes

• Strong project management skills, including:

  • Creating and maintaining Gantt charts

  • Managing multiple simultaneous programs

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, PMO, supply chain, testing, vehicle safety)

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar project tracking tools)

• Ability to track milestones, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery

• Experience leading design release and engineering change requests (ECR/ECO)

• Basic working knowledge of CAD systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to provide technical guidance on mechanical/interior trim systems

• Willingness to support manufacturing builds (occasional travel)
