Position: Technical Project manager with AI// Senior Engagement Lead (AI)
Location: Cushing Parkway, Fremont, CA, USA – Onsite
10+ Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead with 10+ years of experience in Data & AI. The candidate will act as the main point of contact between the US client and the offshore delivery team in India, managing client relationships, technical discussions and AI project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams in India.
  • Understand business requirements and guide technical teams.
  • Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning and project execution.
  • Identify business problems and propose AI solutions.
  • Support pre-sales, solution design and client presentations.
  • Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Data & AI.
  • Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
  • LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents.
  • Python and LangChain.
  • Azure ML and Azure OpenAI.
  • Data Engineering and Azure Data Platform.
  • Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.
  • Client-facing consulting and offshore team management.
