Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior contract Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within an asset management environment, with a focus on investment performance reporting platforms and data-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•              Lead large-scale implementations or migrations involving Addepar, Black Diamond, or First Rate

•              Own program governance, executive reporting, and escalation management

•              Drive cross-functional alignment across portfolio management, operations, technology, and compliance teams

•              Manage vendor relationships, contract milestones, and delivery accountability

•              Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

•              6–10 years of PM/program management experience, with 3+ years in asset management or wealth tech

•              Demonstrated delivery leadership on Addepar, Black Diamond, or First Rate programs

•              Strong understanding of investment performance reporting, portfolio accounting, and data workflows
