Role Overview

We are looking for a C&S Technician with 2+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment and cleaning/sterilization processes in a regulated environment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with laboratory equipment such as sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, and automated washers.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow C&S protocols, procedures, and process terminology.
• Initiate and monitor cleaning and sterilization processes.
• Operate ultrasonic cleaners, automated washers, and autoclaves according to established procedures.
• Inspect devices for visual defects after cleaning.
• Maintain accurate records and enter process data into Excel and written reports.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as required.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and resolve basic issues with laboratory equipment.
• Replace chemicals on machines and cleaning stations when required.
• Ensure procedures are being followed correctly by team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and engineers.
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in cross-training across other laboratory areas.
