Baer is looking for SAP Delivery Manager for a 36-month remote project located in Alpharetta, GA.

Overview
The SAP Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Application Management Support (AMS), SAP projects, custom applications, and Salesforce applications. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring service delivery excellence, meeting business objectives, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, and application optimization. This is a long-term opportunity.
Description:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS, SAP projects, custom applications, and Salesforce applications.
  • Manage delivery teams, project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, clients, and vendors to align delivery with business goals.
  • Monitor project performance, resolve escalations, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and application performance.
  • Provide regular delivery status reports, metrics, and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Delivery Manager or IT Delivery Manager.
  • Strong experience managing SAP AMS, application support, and SAP project delivery.
  • Experience overseeing custom application and Salesforce delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and client relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous service improvement.
