Mandatory Qualifications:
1. This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with developing and implementing technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
2. Possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying security policies, standards, testing, modification, and implementation. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in information security analysis.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Career level industry recognized certifications such as Microsoft/Azure security certifications, AZ-400 (Designing and Implementation of DevSecOps solutions), AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies) or other Microsoft Azure Security certifications.
2. Minimum of four(4) years of experience and advanced-level skills of using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
3. Minimum of four (4) years of experience with security controls concepts, including threat modeling, network security, access controls, and incident response.
4. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with data protection, data loss prevention, data ingestion, data integrity, and data connectivity within Azure.
5. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with use of Policy as a Code (PaaC) to automate security policies.
6. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with developing and documenting security architecture diagrams, security controls, security policies, security procedures, and security plans.
