OneStream Developer

Location: Remote, USA (with limited occasional travel to Houston, TX)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled OneStream Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting OneStream XF solutions to drive our financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in OneStream development, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design, configure, test, and deploy OneStream XF metadata, dimensions, cubes, dashboards, workflows, data forms, and Business Rules.

• Integrations: Build and maintain data integrations (Stage, Framework blends, Extensibility) utilizing OneStream Integration Server (OSIS) to pull data from various ERPs and source systems.

• Financial Processes: Support core financial processes including consolidation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

• Business Rules & Calculations: Write and optimize complex custom calculations, calculated members, and business rules using VB.NET / C#.

• Administration & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, security management, metadata updates, and system troubleshooting/performance tuning.

• Collaboration: Partner with finance teams and business users to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide user training and support.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system design specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of hands-on implementation and development experience with the OneStream XF platform.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in creating Dimensions, Cubes, Dashboards, Data Forms, and Workflow Profiles.

  • Experience with Extensible Dimensionality and advanced Business Rules development (VB.NET / C#).

  • Solid understanding of data integration processes, ETL tools, and SQL.

• Financial Knowledge: A strong background in corporate finance, accounting principles, financial consolidation, and FP&A processes.

• Work Authorization: Must be a (USC) or (GC). (Visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel occasionally to Houston, TX for key project meetings, workshops, or team collaboration.
