IAM Analyst

Introduction:

As an IAM Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with a focus on SailPoint. You will play a crucial role in managing user access and permissions within the organization''s systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IAM processes and policies
• Participate in certification campaigns to ensure appropriate access levels for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address access-related issues
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies
• Provide support for IAM tools, including SailPoint, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues
• Document processes and procedures related to IAM activities

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Hands-on exposure to SailPoint
• Experience participating in certification campaigns
• Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with other IAM tools and technologies
• Certifications in IAM or related fields
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR or HIPAA
