Key Responsibilities:
1. Adobe CDP Implementation: o Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, including Real-Time CDP. o Configure and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation within Adobe CDP. o Set up and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas to standardize and unify customer data.
2. XDM Data Model Implementation: o Define and implement XDM schemas to structure customer data for ingestion and processing in Adobe Experience Platform. o Map data sources to XDM fields and ensure alignment with Adobe s data governance standards. o Collaborate with stakeholders to extend and customize XDM schemas for specific business use cases.
3. Data Integration: o Build and manage data pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, web, mobile, third-party platforms). o Ensure seamless integration of Adobe CDP with other tools in the Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
4. Customer Data Management: o Implement identity resolution strategies to unify customer profiles across channels. o Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
5. Audience Segmentation and Activation: o Create and manage audience segments for personalized marketing campaigns. o Activate customer data across marketing channels (e.g., email, web, mobile, social).
6. Collaboration: o Work closely with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. o Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and ensure alignment with business goals.
7. Monitoring and Optimization: o Monitor the performance of data pipelines and customer profiles. o Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows for scalability and efficiency.
8. Documentation and Training:
