Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced GenAI / Conversational AI Engineer to build intelligent agents for a next-generation Conversational AI Platform. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating AI agents that can understand conversations, interact with users, leverage enterprise tools and services, and execute multi-step tasks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI Agents / Conversational AI applications using modern agent frameworks such as Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or similar technologies. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integration is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI agents for conversational AI platforms.
• Develop agents capable of understanding user conversations and determining appropriate actions.
• Build multi-step agent workflows and orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with internal and external customer-facing systems.
• Develop agents that can interact with enterprise APIs, databases, applications, and external services.
• Build and integrate tools/function calling capabilities for AI agents.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect agents with tools, resources, and enterprise services.
• Develop conversational workflows using Google ADK or similar Agent Development Frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or other foundation models.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, memory, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Design and implement RAG capabilities where required.
• Build scalable, secure, and production-ready Conversational AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrations required for agent-to-system communication.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and business teams to understand conversational AI use cases.
• Test, evaluate, monitor, and optimize agent behavior and responses.
• Implement appropriate guardrails, security, observability, and error handling.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / Conversational AI.
• Experience building AI Agents for conversational platforms.
• Experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or comparable agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architecture and orchestration.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and MCP tools is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, tools, enterprise applications, and external services.
• Experience with LLMs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or similar.
• Strong programming experience with Python and/or Java.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with tool/function calling.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience developing production-grade AI applications.
