✅ Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
✅ Experience serving as Scrum Master for a POD
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
✅ Solid technical background
✅ Requirements elicitation & Epic grooming
✅ Ability to create clear User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
✅ Agile project tracking & SDLC experience
✅ Strong stakeholder & cross-team collaboration skills
✅ Experience identifying and clearing impediments
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives
• Ensure programs/projects meet organizational goals and requirements
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
• Support requirements elicitation and Epic/User Story grooming
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Build strong relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives
• Prepare information and materials for monthly program reviews
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement
