How you'll make an impact in this role

• Programmatic Leadership: Direct project managers and technical teams, maintaining core program artifacts and organizational structures.
• Technical Deployment: Oversee large-scale migrations and standardize telephony platforms across clinical sites.
• Service Delivery Management: Manage critical partnerships with select managed service providers, including reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring technical deliverables meet standards.
• Financial Stewardship: Manages significant capital budgets and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct regular status updates with senior leadership to manage project risks and budgets.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
  
  degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
