Job Description
Position Summary
The Specialist will be responsible for the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption and other operational processes/tasks within the team. Collaborates with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs and development of innovative, digital content for various customer types. The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.

REQUIRED skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically with the Illustrator and InDesign applications
- Must have previous experience with creating content in Adobe Cloud
- Scientific background would help greatly to help with revising content and understanding terminology
Education
Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in science
Scientific background is highly preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, innovative content creation; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred.
Must have experience with Digital and Scientific Content
Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Working Conditions
Office-based / hybrid work model (3/days in office)
Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hypercare periods (may require flexible hours)

This position reports to the Associate Director, Medical Information Content Strategy & Innovation
