Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—from architecture and design to deployment and testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade, microservices-based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design & Development: Write clean, testable, and efficient Java code to power backend systems and RESTful APIs.

·         Architecture: Contribute to system design, database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), and microservices architecture.

·         Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) to ensure application reliability and performance.

·         Maintenance & Debugging: Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve technical issues in production and staging environments.

·         Collaboration: Partner with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ship features on time.

·         CI/CD & Deployment: Participate in deployment pipelines, code reviews, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

·         Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11/17/21), OOP principles, data structures, and multithreading.

·         Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.

·         Experience building RESTful APIs and integration with third-party web services.

·         Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.

·         Git, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA.

·         Basic familiarity with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

·         Knowledge of messaging brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

·         Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

·         Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and BDD frameworks.

·         Exposure to front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack collaboration.
