DescriptionSenior Business Analyst
OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Jack Henry core banking platforms to support a core system implementation and integration initiative. This role will be critical in bridging business needs with technology capabilities, driving requirements discovery, and ensuring successful integration of Jack Henry with internal and external systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for Jack Henry core banking initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across operations, IT, lending, deposits, and digital channels to define business needs
Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive clarity and consensus
Jack Henry Implementation & Integration
Play a key role in the initial implementation or major enhancement of the Jack Henry core platform
Analyze and document how Jack Henry will integrate with internal systems (e.g., CRM, LOS, digital banking, payments, data platforms)
Identify data flows, dependencies, and integration requirements across the enterprise
Collaborate with architects and developers to define API, batch, and real-time integration patterns
System Discovery & Impact Analysis
Conduct current-state and future-state assessments of internal systems
Lead discovery efforts to determine which systems will interface with Jack Henry and how
Perform gap analysis to identify process, system, and data impacts
Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
Stakeholder Communication & Delivery
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors (including Jack Henry), and technical teams
Support testing efforts including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage
Assist with data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities
Provide ongoing support through implementation, go-live, and post-production stabilization
Required Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or banking
Proven experience working with Jack Henry core banking platforms (e.g., SilverLake, CIF 20/20, Symitar, or related ecosystem tools)
Hands-on experience supporting a core banking system implementation or major conversion
Strong experience in system integration discovery and documentation
Deep understanding of banking operations, including deposits, lending, and payments
Experience documenting:
- Process flows (current/future state)
- Data mappings and integrations
- Functional and business requirements

Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
Experience working on a greenfield or initial Jack Henry implementation
Familiarity with digital banking, loan origination systems (LOS), CRM, and payment platforms
Experience with API integrations, middleware, and service-oriented architecture
Knowledge of data migration, conversion strategies, and reconciliation processes
Agile or hybrid delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
