Unarmed Patrol Security Officer - Full-Time (Overnight) Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer to provide overnight security coverage at multiple residential apartment communities in Denver. This position combines vehicle patrol and foot patrol responsibilities to help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for residents and property staff.
If you are dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours, this is a strong opportunity for steady full-time work.
Schedule - Monday - Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Candidates must be available to work the full posted schedule.
Key Responsibilities - Drive an assigned patrol route across multiple properties
- Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and amenities
- Respond to alarms, service calls, and on-site incidents
- Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations
- Document daily activity reports and incident reports accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and property management
- Follow all company policies and site-specific post orders
This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours.
Minimum Qualifications - Active Colorado Guard Card (or the ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work the posted overnight schedule
Preferred (Not Required) - 3+ years of patrol driver experience
- 3+ years of security experience
- Experience using reporting platforms such as SilverTrac, Belfry, or TrackTik
- Familiarity with vehicle monitoring systems such as Samsara
