Azure API Management (APIM) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure API Management (APIM) Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise APIs within the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API governance, security, automation, and Azure cloud services while supporting the full API lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).

• Configure and maintain Azure API Center for API governance and catalog management.

• Implement API security policies including OAuth2, JWT authentication, rate limiting, caching, and request/response transformations.

• Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

• Integrate APIs with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and Key Vault.

• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability using Application Insights.

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deliver secure and scalable API solutions.
