Required Skills

 

  • Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.5 and 7.6.
  • Strong experience performing Maximo application upgrades, preferably Maximo 7.5 to 7.6.
  • Strong IBM WebSphere Application Server administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with IBM HTTP Server.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases, particularly Oracle 11 and 12 compatibility and upgrade considerations.
  • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure migration and application dependencies.
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong production troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience developing technical migration strategies, testing plans, and rollback procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, networking, and cybersecurity teams.
