Job Description: JD Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives, with a primary focus on OneStream. This role will drive planning, consolidation, and financial transformation projects, collaborating across Finance, IT, and Data teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Senior Project Manager - 15 years’ experience 
• Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects, primarily using OneStream 
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication 
• Partner with Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions 
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of OneStream applications 
• Drive integration efforts with ERP and data platforms (SAP, Snowflake) 
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across financial systems 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Data Engineering, Vendors) 
• Implement best practices in financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation 
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools 
• Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives 

Primary Skill Requirement 
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): OneStream o Strong experience in OneStream implementation and support 
o Expertise in financial consolidation, planning, and reporting 
o Knowledge of the OneStream XF platform, business rules, and dashboards 

Secondary / Additional Skills 
• SAP (ECC / S4 HANA) 
• Snowflake Required Experience as a project manager Must be from IT/Engineering background.
Practical Experience in Agile and waterfall models as a PM. 
Strong Communication Skills Experience with vendor management and collaborating with them on project delivery 
Experience with highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones.
