Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell, and API integration and a proven ability to design, automate, and operationalize data solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and structured or unstructured sources.


• Develop automated workflows and scalable data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell.


• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and SOAP API connections for data ingestion and operational processes.


• Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and merging across datasets for analytics and reporting.


• Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.


• Collaborate with architecture, analytics, product, and business partners to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned to governance standards.


• Contribute to technical documentation, repositories, and operational runbooks.


• Lead solution design reviews to meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.


• Facilitate solution-driven discussions, perform POCs, and evolve solution intent with changing business needs.


• Ensure integrations are modular and adaptable, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to evaluate strategic design decisions.


• Contribute to intake impact assessments related to Workforce Optimization Solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.


• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.


• Hands-on programming with Python, Java, and PowerShell for data processing and automation.


• Experience integrating REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication, schema parsing, and payload manipulation.


• Background in data integration and ETL or ELT across multiple data sources.


• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.


• Experience with enterprise code frameworks, version control, and CI/CD practices.


• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and operational data stores.


• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, or with on-prem enterprise data environments.


• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.


• Domain experience with Voice Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, and Robotics automation.


• Solution engineering background in call center technology, including NICE, Genesys Cloud, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX WFM, APA, and Symon/Korbyt wallboards. Comparable vendor experience is acceptable.
