Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job DetailsWhat You'll Do
- Support the PM/Super team with day-to-day project execution from startup through closeout
- Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, drawings, and field reports
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, scopes, and document control
- Help manage schedules, procurement/logs, material tracking, and delivery coordination
- Participate in owner/architect/subcontractor meetings and follow-ups
- Support pay apps, change orders, cost coding, and basic budget tracking
- Assist with punch lists, O&M manuals, as-builts, and final closeout documentation
- Maintain organization across platforms (Procore/PlanGrid/Bluebeam/MS Project-depending on your background)
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in construction ( CM, or large subcontractor) or strong internship/co-op history
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable reading plans/specs and communicating with field + office teams
- Strong organization and follow-through (you'll own logs and drive action items)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore/Bluebeam is a plus
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally to job sites as needed
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
- Prior exposure to subcontract buyout, estimating/precon support, or CPM schedules
- OSHA-10/30 (or willingness to obtain)
