Summary

Title: Procurement Systems Administrator
Location: 6565 Headquarters Dr, Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months contract (high possibility of extension)
Description:

Provide customer support in a timely manner via incident resolution, troubleshooting, and process governance for the Ariba B&I module.
Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module.
Reviews and monitors current processes.
Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I.
Assist with the Ghost P-Card reconciliation process, which is used as the primary payment mechanism for catalog orders.
Providing project support for various IPSS initiatives related to process improvement efforts and system enhancements.
Provide backup support for the Procurement Operations team, which may include catalogs, Supplier, or Contracts/Sourcing modules.

Manager Notes:

Strong technical knowledge of Ariba, including configuration and system usage.
Provide Ariba system administration support within the Procurement department.
Role is strictly system administration; no buying or purchasing activities involved.
Serve as a key support partner for buyers and act as a liaison with IT when needed.
Proficient in Power BI for pulling, analyzing, and building reports.
MS Access knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with organizations of similar scale and complexity would be nice to have.
Not seeking candidates involved in procurement or buying, and who use Ariba for daytoday transactional activities.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

Experience in SAP Ariba or a relevant procurement system.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (min of 5 years professional experience if no degree).
Experience in procurement, business analysis, or strategic analysis (5+ year requirement).
Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems.
Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Power BI for pulling, analyzing, and building reports.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules.
Microsoft Access would be a bonus.
