Role: UX Designer with strong UI / Angular
Location: Mclean, VA (Local preferred)
Job Type: FTE or W2
EXP required 5+ -10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of high-quality user interfaces for web application
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes , and high-quality designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Mentor team and contribute to design best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing web UI projects
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
Knowledge of backend integration (APIs, RESTful services).
Strong visual design skills
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular).
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience with interaction design and basic UX principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
Experience working in Angular
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
