Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 9+ years of experience and strong project management expertise to lead enterprise-scale initiatives involving data replication and platform modernization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Snowflake, Talend, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, and Data Governance, along with extensive experience managing complex projects in the banking and financial services domain.
• This role involves overseeing enterprise platforms such as Enterprise Data Replication Platform (EDRP) and Enterprise Business View (EBV) while driving successful delivery through effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and adherence to project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Estimate budgets, effort, and required resources.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage enterprise initiatives involving data replication from on-premises systems to cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Drive platform modernization programs and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and financial regulations.
• Oversee status reporting, issue resolution, and value realization for enterprise-scale data movement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Support release management activities and project tracking processes.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of overall experience in Technical Project Management.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex Data Governance-related projects.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification.
• SAFe Certification.
• Experience working on Enterprise Data Replication Platform (EDRP).
• Experience supporting Enterprise Business View (EBV) platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking data processing and EDL tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial institutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
