• Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and deployment automation best practices

• Partner with analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver secure, governed, and scalable enterprise data solutions

• 7+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration, data platform engineering, or enterprise data platform support

• 3+ years of hands on experience with Azure data services including Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Data Factory

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, and Semantic Models

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, troubleshooting, backup and recovery strategies

• Experience supporting high availability and disaster recovery architectures within hybrid cloud environments

• Expertise in ETL and ELT development, data integration, and enterprise data platform architecture

• Experience supporting Dynamics GP and or Dynamics 365 data environments, integrations, and reporting platforms

• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, automation, and operational process improvement

• Knowledge of data governance, security controls, access management, auditing, encryption, and compliance best practices

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate certification

• Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate certification

• Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate certification highly preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise Power BI environments and semantic model management
