Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of NetSuite ERP solutions. This role will own the overall solution architecture, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and guide functional and technical teams through discovery, design, implementation, go-live, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering enterprise NetSuite implementations with deep expertise across finance, procurement, inventory, project accounting, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture for enterprise ERP implementations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable NetSuite solutions.
• Design and implement NetSuite Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including supplier management, purchasing, receiving, and vendor payments.
• Design Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer management, sales orders, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Implement inventory management capabilities, including serialized inventory, lot and batch tracking, inventory movements, and third-party storage.
• Configure NetSuite Projects for project setup, project costing, and project management.
• Implement Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), revenue recognition templates, and automation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance for SuiteScript development, workflows, saved searches, CSV imports, security roles, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage offshore delivery resources.
• Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, hypercare support, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, NetSuite Projects, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, Saved Searches, Workflows, Roles & Permissions, CSV Imports, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience designing scalable ERP solutions and enterprise finance transformations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore implementation teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Financial processes or SAP-to-NetSuite migration projects.
• Background in Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure, EPC, or other asset-intensive industries.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance domain experience is a plus.
