Role name: OTM Configuration Specialist
Work site: New Jersey, NY (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Total 5 plus years OTM experience; At least 2 Full life cycle implementations in mid to large projects across various industry segments; Advanced SQL knowledge required in addition to XML; Strong functional system configuration skills are required with core OTM functionality and all the modules including shipment planning and execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management
Should have excellent customer service skills; Should be an excellent team player; Should be able to handle multiple workstreams; Must have OTM support experience and ITIL knowhow
Solution design and system architecture knowledge desirable; Experience in B2B Integration using various standards and methods (EDI, API); Knowledge of other Order Management and/ or Transport Management Systems advantageous; Educational background in Computer Science preferred
Role:
Responsible for leading the L2 support wokstream
During the transition phase should be responsible for establishing and owning the support processes
Should lead the knowledge acquisition from the client's support team members
Mentor other L2 support team members
Responsible for monitoring support KPIs and delivering against SLAs
Provide guidance for intake of new customer rollouts into the Support portfolio
Collaborate with Bespoke systems support to ensure faster resolution
Perform minor enhancements or direct issues to the App Dev team
