Administer and support Pega Platform / Pega PRPC environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
Manage Pega users, operators, access groups, roles, privileges, and application security.
Configure and maintain Pega applications, environments, system settings, and platform components.
Perform application deployments and support release activities across environments.
Monitor Pega application health, system performance, logs, alerts, queues, and background processing.
Troubleshoot Pega application, integration, performance, and environment-related issues.
Manage and monitor Agents, Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Listeners, and other background processes.
Support authentication and security integrations such as SSO, LDAP, SAML, and certificates.
Coordinate with DBAs for database-related issues and monitor database connectivity and performance.
Support integrations with external systems and troubleshoot connectivity-related issues.
Participate in Pega platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and environment migrations.
Analyze application logs and system metrics to identify root causes of production issues.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Work closely with Pega Developers, Lead Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, QA, and Production Support teams.
Maintain administration procedures, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
Ensure platform configuration follows enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.
10+ years of experience in Pega Administration / Pega Platform Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
Experience administering Pega applications in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Pega security, operators, access groups, roles, and privileges.
Experience with Pega deployments and environment management.
Hands-on experience with Pega logs, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Knowledge of Agents, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, Listeners, and background processing.
Experience with SSO, LDAP, SAML, authentication, and authorization.
Good understanding of relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical incidents.
Good understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
