Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications
Hybrid onsite
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications to lead our enterprise voice engineering organization. This leadership role manages a team of voice engineers (4 direct reports) while driving the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of our enterprise communications environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of voice engineers, providing technical leadership and career development.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.
- Manage modern PBX technologies, including Ribbon, along with enterprise voice carrier relationships.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and highly available voice infrastructure, including communications security and resiliency.
- Lead major telephony initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization projects while aligning technology with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise voice, telecommunications, or unified communications.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading technical professionals.
- Strong background with modern PBX platforms (Ribbon preferred) and enterprise voice carriers.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of communications security and high-availability voice environments.
- Cloud telephony experience is a plus.
