  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner supporting Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Asset-Based Ordering (ABO), Amendments, Renewals, Contract Management, and Subscription Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
    • Quote-to-Order (Q2O)

    • Asset Management
    • Contract & Subscription Management
    • Renewals and Amend/Renew Processes
  • Works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Leads Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and production releases.
  • Experience with integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Billing, and Revenue Recognition platforms.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
  • Familiar with APIs, reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
