Job Title: SRE Platform Engineer (with Microservices)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/SRE Engineer to enhance the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our applications and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, manage cloud infrastructure, improve system observability, and ensure high availability of business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems. Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability and monitoring platforms.
Automate operational tasks and eliminate manual interventions.
Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem reviews. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment processes.
Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Maintain security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
Support production releases and troubleshoot critical issues.
