Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with extensive experience in the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced Flows and customizations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable functionalities that optimize our global contact center operations. Job Duties - Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
● 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Service Cloud implementations
● Proven hands-on experience and deep understanding of Agentforce configuration, Einstein Copilot and Prompt Builder and experience in building autonomous agents is highly preferred
● In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
● Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows and other Salesforce development tools
● Deep understanding of the Service Console, CTI integration, Omni Channel modeling
● Salesforce Service Cloud certification, and Agentforce Agentblazer Legend is a plus
Responsibilities
● Build and support deployment of Agentforce agents to automate customer service interactions and internal support workflows in the contact center
● Build Service Cloud features, including Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and email integration
● Develop scalable, high-quality code using Apex (Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC). and advanced flows
● Build and tune ‘Agent Actions’ using flows to empower agents to execute business logic
● Conduct code reviews and adhere to the best practices set by the customer’s architecture team
● Ensure all development meets security, governor limits and compliance standards
● Experience working with development teams/developers working in offshore
● Review of code written from developers to ensure they adhere to best practices and standards set at the outset
● Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers
