Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 Support Lead to provide L2/L3 application support, lead troubleshooting efforts, and oversee ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules and proven experience in onsite-offshore coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
Provide L2/L3 production support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1.
Support key modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
Customization & Technical Development
Design, develop, and document enhancements using PeopleTools.
Oversee development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and resolve issues.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to support and development teams.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Project & Coordination Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
Act as the primary point of contact between onsite teams, offshore teams, contractors, clients, and senior management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1.
Strong functional knowledge in:
General Ledger
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Supply Chain
Billing & Contracts
Strong technical expertise in:
Application Engine
PeopleCode
Component Interface
SQR
Proven experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in offshore–onsite coordination and knowledge transfer.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Leadership experience in support or enhancement projects.
