5+ years of hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
3 years of experience delivering data integration projects using APIs, EDI, ETL pipelines, and/or middleware platforms.
3 years of experience in regulated environments with solid knowledge of GxP, FDA, CSV compliance, and validated systems.
5 years of proven project delivery experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. PMP, Scrum, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
5 years of experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional, global teams.
