Description

An Oklahoma City based client is seeking an innovative Senior AI Engineer to help design and deliver AI-powered solutions that proactively solve business challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting intelligent systems such as AI agents, copilots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and machine learning solutions. The team is composed of professionals across software engineering, quality assurance, data engineering, and AI, working together to create, maintain, and scale intelligent multi-platform solutions. Company offers a 401K match and an ESOP. Position is a hybrid role for those who live in the Oklahoma City area.

Responsibilities:

Design solutions for the end user.

Design and implement intelligent agents, copilots, and AI workflows.

Build and support production RAG systems and enterprise knowledge solutions.

Evaluate and improve AI system quality, reliability, and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.

Implement AI observability, testing, and evaluation frameworks.

Partner with Product teams to determine the technical feasibility of AI initiatives.

Write reliable, well-structured, and tested systems in a CI/CD environment.

Design and implement best practices for AI engineering and agent development.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field,

5+ years of software engineering experience.

3+ years of experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.

Expertise with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent development.

Strong expertise in Python and modern software development practices.

Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.

Experience deploying and supporting production AI systems.

Experience with Databricks, AWS AI services, or Azure AI services.
