Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Deployment Technician (Endpoint MDM) to support the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team. The selected candidate will play an important role in the Evergreen Refresh initiative, ensuring secure and seamless deployment of mobile devices to end users. The individual will also provide first-level technical support for organization-issued mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up mobile devices in accordance with deployment requirements.
• Coordinate mobile device deployments, including scheduling, logistics, and end-user handoffs.
• Deploy and configure iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads.
• Enroll and manage devices using MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar tools.
• Receive, process, and track old devices for secure recycling and disposal.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
• Resolve break/fix issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
• Maintain accurate device inventory, deployment records, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with the Unified Endpoint Management team to ensure smooth device transitions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile device deployment and configuration, including iOS platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing end-user technical support and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing device scheduling, inventory tracking, and deployment coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and device management procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale mobile device deployment projects.
• Knowledge of government or enterprise IT operations and security policies.
• Familiarity with device lifecycle management, device returns, and e-cycling processes.

Additional Requirement: A drug test is required before the candidate starts.
