Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Pigment Consultants to provide advisory services for an active client engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools — specifically Pigment — combined with a proven track record in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) implementations. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with the client stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

•             Hands-on implementation experience with ICM/SPM in Pigment — this is non-negotiable

•             7 or more years of experience working in EPM tools and solutions

•             Strong advisory and consulting background with client-facing project delivery

Technical & Domain Skills

•             Pigment: Deep expertise including modeling, configuration, and implementation

•             Anaplan: Hands-on experience with EPM modeling and deployment

•             Xactly (Xactly Incent / Connect): Experience in ICM/SPM implementations

•             EPM Platforms: Broad knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management ecosystems

•             ICM/SPM Domain: End-to-end implementation of Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management solutions

•             Integration & Data: Familiarity with data flows, connectors, and integration patterns in EPM environments

Key Responsibilities

•             Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support on Pigment-based ICM/SPM solutions

•             Guide the client team through design, configuration, and implementation of Pigment modules

•             Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings with client stakeholders

•             Review and validate EPM architecture, model design, and compensation plans within Pigment

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Ops, and IT

•             Identify gaps and recommend best practices based on industry experience in EPM tools

•             Deliver documentation including solution design, user guides, and project artifacts

Preferred Qualifications

•             Prior experience in multiple EPM platforms (Pigment + Anaplan + Xactly in the same engagement)

•             Experience in large-scale enterprise rollouts across Sales Operations or Finance functions

•             Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

•             Ability to operate independently and drive advisory conversations with senior client stakeholders

•             Exposure to global or multi-region ICM/SPM deployments
