Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) Reporting Analyst / Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) Reporting Analyst/Developer with strong supply chain domain expertise and hands-on SCI reporting experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions that support supply chain operations and decision-making.

This role requires an individual who can contribute immediately with little to no onboarding on the SCI platform and effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

• Partner with supply chain stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting specifications.
• Facilitate discussions with business and operational teams to identify reporting opportunities.

SCI Report Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy reports using Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI).
• Build scalable and efficient reporting solutions to support operational and strategic business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting performance.

Data Integration & Analytics

• Develop reports leveraging data from multiple warehouse management systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise data sources.
• Consolidate and transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Support reporting across supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations.

Knowledge Transfer & Enablement

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SCI reporting solutions.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Help establish sustainable reporting capabilities and long-term operational self-sufficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Analytics.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing reports using Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI).
• Experience working with data warehouses, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and convert them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to contribute immediately with no baseline SCI platform training required.
