IT Support SpecialistOverviewWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a growing Information Technology team. This position provides technical support to employees across the organization while helping maintain computer systems, software, network connectivity, and technology equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technology systems in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Set up and support workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and other technology equipment.
- Provide technical support to end users through multiple support channels.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist employees with business applications and day-to-day technology needs.
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Support endpoint security, software updates, and system maintenance activities.
- Connect users to network resources and provide basic system training.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party partners on technology initiatives.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
- Support technology operations across multiple locations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality support.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Comfortable working throughout a manufacturing environment and interacting with employees on the production floor.
- Ability to travel periodically to support multiple locations.
- Must be able to regularly walk throughout operational facilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66300.00 - $83600.00/yr.
