Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – AI/GenAI Location: United States – Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

12+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
3+ years of hands-on AI/Generative AI implementation experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CTA certification.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI/LLM platforms.
Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
