We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide hands-on Application and Desktop Support services in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and supporting a wide range of technologies.

In this role, you will:
Provide in-person, desk-side, and remote support to business users
Troubleshoot PC, network, phone, printer hardware/software, and mobile devices
Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues
Participate in technology refresh and deployment projects
Coordinate issue resolution while acting as the main point of contact for end users
Support asset management processes and maintain IT standards

What you bring:

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Adaptability to new and evolving technologies
3-5 years of experience Laptop and desktop support
Desktop/laptop imaging experience
Hardware and software support experience
A+ Certification a plus.

Technical environment includes:
MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows 10, PXE imaging, Active Directory, Citrix, iPhone support, Remote Desktop/Assistance, HP hardware, multi-function printers, Maximo, and Microsoft Power Apps
